Support Meeting for Dementia - 16th June 2017

Are you someone that is affected by Dementia?
Are you caring for someone living with Dementia?
Do you feel you need more information about the condition and about support that can help?
On Friday 16th June, from 10.30 - 12.30, you can have the opportunity to ask questions, raise your concerns, have your say and tell us what is important to you.
We will have trained staff available to answer your questions and to let you know what support is currently available to you but the main purpose of the event is for people who live locally to tell us what help and support you need.
Eynsford is part of the local Kent Dementia Friendly Forum and we are looking at ways to help make it a Dementia Friendly Community for its residents but to do this we need to know what matters to you.
