Have Your Say - Local Plan Reg 19 Consultation

Sevenoaks District Council have published Regulation 19 of the Local Plan for consultation between 23 July and 17 September 2026.

Residents are encourage to respond to the consultation in order to shape the final plan.

We are working with Crockenhill Parish Council and Farningham Parish Council to co-ordinate our response to the latest Local Plan consultation and to provide opportunities for residents to get help and information about the plan.

Your views still matter, but this time we are being asked whether the Plan is legally compliant, justified by evidence, deliverable, effective and consistent with national policy. 

We are not being asked about individual sites or policies, but any evidential arguements we put forward could affect what is finally included.

Please take some time to look at the plan, and come along to one of the drop-in sessions:
